This Refund Policy explains how VibeMV handles purchases, cancellations, and requests related to subscriptions and credit packs.

All Sales Final

All purchases — subscriptions and credit packs — are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

This applies to new and existing customers, monthly and annual subscriptions, and one-time credit pack purchases, whether unused or partially used.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You keep access to paid features until that period ends.
• We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time remaining in a billing period.

Technical Issues

If a technical issue prevents you from using the service, contact support@vibemv.app with your account email and a brief description of the problem. We will review your case, but reviewing it does not guarantee a refund.
